saw an internet posting today -
"Pirates announcers Cardinals for breaking lame unwritten rule".
apparently, a cardinals player stole second, then third with a run lead.
but it was only the fourth f****** inning,
plenty of innings left for a team to blow, or a team to make up, 7 runs.
WAAAH! 
point #1 (as i see it) - where do WE gets jobs that multiple millions year
and when youre having a really good ,
your boss taps you on the shoulder and tells you to STOP having such a good ,
just relax and " in" the rest of the ?
SHUDDUP - that NEVER happens in the REAL world.
point #2 (again, as i see it) - what about the FANS who bought tickets or
at least invested time into watching on tv?
are they only entitled to watch HALF a "good" game,
or not see the full range of the players skills they exorbitant amounts to see?
if its an "unwritten" rule - that means it NOT a f****** rule!
right?

first of all, happy happy and please be safe.
next, why does nobody call it "independence day"?
THATS what were celebrating, not just "the 4th of july".
do we celebrate "january 1st" and "december 25th"? NO !
we celebrate new years day and christmas (those of us who do anyway).
lets remember WHY were celebrating when were celebrating.
and bless and thank our veterans

what a wonderful surprise when going out for the morning paper.
NOT !
i totally appreciate that you pick up after
you have your poop on our front lawn
(instead of your own)
and put it in a plastic bag.
but WHY THE FUCK would you just leave the bag,
with your dogs poop in it,
lying on our front lawn ? ! 
take it with you OR
at least have the RESPECT you THINK youre showing (but arent !)
and go ahead and put it in our trash can !
duh !

we only got about 1-3 inches of snow yesterday,
probably little enough to let melt mostly away
when the temps reach about 40 today.
but when a group of 4 local young , oldest maybe 12-13, youngest maybe 9-10,
ring my bell and offer to shovel my driveway for $20,
GODDAM RIGHT im gonna give them that opportunity
if they want to work for it.
i handed them my broom and asked them to first brush off my car,
which they did with zero pushback.
god bless them for learning so early to work toward what you want
(and for their parents for teaching it to them!).
i was glad to pay them, and even tipped them
and im delighted to have been able to encourage and reward them in their growth.
- theyre the future, and will run the world we all will grow old in.

hello, friends. ok, this is not about sex, but it can be - read to the end.
if any of your clocks are analog, ie with hands rather than digital -
that wall clock, the grandfather, the mantel . . .
DO NOT set them BACK the one hour,
its SO not the way clocks are supposed to work
and very bad for them.
INSTEAD, move them AHEAD 11 hours for the same desired result.
takes an extra minute each but it worth it.
SO, what do YOU plan to do with the extra over-night hour?
anything better than just to sleep?

ok, this is not about sex, dont hate. many posts here are jokes or think-about stuff.
my kitchen faucet started dripping and i went to cut off the waterline, BUT
id not done that since it was installed 18 years ago and it was "frozen".
went to the main cutoff to the whole house to buy myself until the next morning
and it was "frozen" too.
do yourselves a favor, check all your cutoff valves asap,
and maybe make it a yearly thing to check
along daylight saving time clock resetting
and your smoke and CO detector batteries?

dont feel well this weekend so just chilling and reading blogs, so . . . heres one -
keep seeing the car commercial with the "birds-n-bees" song
and the couple buying a car, it rocking at night,
then with a baby in hand, needing something bigger,
then repeating and repeating until they have an army of . . .
actually kinda cute.
looking back, yes, have received blowjobs, but

lets not trivialize the meaning of the holiday
by over-embracing how we celebrate it.
its not about whats ON the table,
its about the freedom and opportunity to BE ABLE to GATHER at the table
with family and friends and be thankful for them
and those who made and make it possible TO celebrate.
would our families, friends and freedoms be any less appreciated sharing a goose?
or a duck? a beef or venison roast? lobster and king crab legs?
and arent the sides made up to be a big deal too?
so why dont we call it "green bean casserole day"?
its THANKSGIVING DAY ! do we call christmas "tree day"?
do we call halloween "pumpkin day"?
do we call independence day "fireworks day"?
no, many dont even call it "independence day",
they call it july 4th. what am i missing here?
