They made mask mandatory, but no one seems to care that so many people do not wear them properly! I saw a young wise-ass looking kid with his hanging on his neck and laughing about it! I laughed and said: "Boy ain't u cool, he laughed, I said " ABOUT AS COOL AS A BOWL OF PENGUIN SH*T!", he quit laughing!
