 That's the only intelligent sounding argument he made all night.....she should have at least been charged for destroying evidence. Let's be real if you or I had pulled that we would be having this discussion from a prison cell...they are both elitist assholes, the American people lose no matter who wins.

 He specifically followed up the "special prosecutor" with if he was president she will be in jail. That sounds like he will supercede the legal system and just put her in jail regardless of a court trial.
That idea is dangerous.

 how many Republican investigations have there been, hearing after hearing, and what, don't they want her in jail? or is there no evidence of crime? I'm not saying she's innocent, but so far nobody has found anything, so let's waste more time and money looking for it.

 This is hypocritical since we don't know all the many lives he has destroyed with his many lawsuits, not paying contractors, layoffs at his bankrupt businesses, etc. Everyone today is saying Clinton did not produce a knockout blow but should give her more credit for taking the high road and sticking to the issues rather than get into a tit for tat argument.

 he's a bully. he was stalking her on stage to try to make her feel uncomfortable. if I had been her, I would have backed up a couple of times and run into him just so it showed clearly what he was doing.
