Mobile IM is a waste!

I think the Mobile IM is a complete waste of time! I know, I haven't installed it or tried it out so maybe my POV isn't correct.

But I've tried to chat with folks showing they're online with the Mobile IM and you never seem to connect. I'm thinking the Mobile IM is for folks that want to appear to be online, but not really be online. As in those that can't make up their mind what the fuck they want to do.

So tell me if I'm wrong, have you used the Mobile IM and it really does work and its just me. Or is my theory that the Mobile IM is a piece of crap?

 It a waste of time for sure and cost a lot for using the service too. Look like a lot can't live without one.

I don't own, use, smartphone. Just a old fashion phone for emergency purpose and use only for important call.
