Good to see you back  Tried LDR but it didn't work out so I'm back on the market now. There is a "Japanese Garden" here in Ireland, developed over 100 years ago, symbolising the "life of man" (and woman) and the path we take through life, symbolised with trees and streams and ornaments and little rest areas and houses - it is a while since I was there, to contemplate - but maybe a visit would be in order. Hope life's path goes your way.

Hiya Gerk ...life can get in the way of doing things ok .family extended family i get you on that ...i've been extremely busy myself ..some days i dont get a minute to myself ...but had a week in spain and recharged my batteries lol ...hope the grandchild is keeping well and giving you lots of joy Oh the grandchild is getting bigger by the day and takes a lot of watching, he even wants to type on the keyboard when not playing with a phone or the TV remote control. A break is always good for recharging, I hope to take one sometime, when all the bits slip in together.

Gerk so happy to see you back posting again on the site.. Yes you will be filled with a sea of yellow for sure! I am alive and well but off to Mexico this Thursday for two weeks on holidays.. I took up a part time job in Jan helping veterans out now.. hugsssssssssssss V Your job sounds like it is rewarding, and two weeks in Mexico sounds wonderful.

Good to see you here. Curious, is St. Patrick's day a big deal in Ireland? Here in my area it is an excuse for excessive drinking and wearing green. When I was young St. Patrick's day was a day off school and a day for commercial floats in the Dublin parade. All the main shops were closed and it was a public holiday. It is a lot better organised now, but still somewhat the same, there is a focus on having fun and the parade which is partly child focused (with the drinking later in the day). All in all it was fun focused for every age.

It's good to see you back McGherkin. I hope you can find time, and enthusiasm to become a regular again, but either way, it's good to see you enjoying life as ever. I once posted 'how far would you go in the name of love' , but I've a feeling it's not quite what you have in mind here, it was of a monkey picking another one's arse!!!   Life is full of making balances and adjusting to change, and now I have started on this road I hope to be back as a regular. I'd miss the crack (and not that monkey's crack) if I were to stay away.

All is well with me and I have been good....very, very good since our paths last crossed.  I hope to set aside the time I need to keep up with goings on... it is like the post, all about balance and importance.
